Actually No. The test case is not broken. If you run the above mentioned test case as “Run as Custom Input”, you’ll realize that values of the matrix are given in the following format.
1
2 3
1 2 4
4 5 8

Since the input format requires the n, m, and the values of the matrix, all to be input in Line 2 (n=rows, m=columns), the input displayer shows the matrix as empty.
If you input type the input as the follwing:
1
2 3 1 2 4 4 5 8
you’ll get what you desire.

This, however, does not affect the input provided to the program. It’s a simple bug in displaying the input, nothing else. Hope it helped. Happy Coding. Cheers.
